We recommend a power blender for smoothies and cheese recipes. Ordinary store bought blenders tend to burn out after a few uses. Invest in one of these – they will change your life.
A great, healthy way to start your day is by blending your vegetables and fruit in to a green smoothie. Remember, it takes 21 days for your body to detoxify from all animal proteins. Just keep going and we can guarantee you, after 21 days you’ll feel like a new person. A lot of people say they don’t like the taste of fruit and vegetables. The reason for this is that animal protein is basically an addiction. Your taste is a little warped but with time it will return to normal. Just go through the motions. Fruit and vegetables will taste amazing!
Fruit and veggies first thing in the morning create an alkaline environment in your body. Disease develops in an acidic environment so you can say goodbye to colds and flu if you keep your body fueled with healthy food.
You can use a combination of fruit and vegetables:
1 Cup raw spinach (or other greens) Kale is an amazing green but not always readily available
2 Bananas
½ Cup Blueberries (you can get these frozen if not in season)
Raw Vegan Protein powder, green minerals , hemp powder (awesome complete vegan protein) or any other supplement. (Whey protein is protein derived from milk products so look for vegan protein. You are on your way to building your new super body and need the good stuff!!)
Any seasonal fruit
A little bit of filtered water
Blend together and enjoy!
Don’t worry, you don’t have to. More and more non-dairy cheeses are making their way in to our markets and you can find these at any major grocery store like Pick & Pay or Checkers.
