Recurring donations and memberships
You may cancel a recurring donation or membership at any time using the contact form on this site. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled payment. No cancellation fee applies.
Events
Where BWC hosts a ticketed event: if a guest cancels, tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event date, less any non-recoverable transaction or supplier costs; cancellations after that point are generally non-refundable, though BWC may at its discretion offer a credit toward a future event. If BWC cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the new date or a full refund. Specific events may publish their own terms, which take precedence where they differ.
Free submissions
Endorsement applications, petitions and newsletter signups are free and carry no payment. Newsletter subscriptions may be cancelled at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting BWC.
